Coobara was established in 1992 by winemaker David Cook . David had worked in wine for more 18 years, mainly for Orlando but also with three of Australia's wine legends in Jim Irvine, John Glaetzer and the late Neil Ashmeed.

With the many accolades coming Coobara's way, David looks set to follow his mentors Coobara is a winery to watch. A must try!
